What is the difference between regular Signature Series and Private Signings?

I want to get the custom George Perez label but there doesn't seem to be a way to add that to the cart. There are two other custom labels but not the George Perez one.

I have a book I'd like to send for the Tom King and Amanda Connor signing and was wondering if you would hold onto the book after Tom King signs it then get it signed by Amanda Connor and then grade it or if it got graded after each signature. If you can hold onto the book and it's only getting graded once, does that save the grading fee for one of the step? How much would that be and how would I note it on the submission form?

And if I can, is it cheaper or more expensive to do so? Do you regrade it after signing? Do you have a shipping kit for previously slabbed books?
