Did they end up responding? Would love to get my death in the family signed

Am I screwed with my submission. Can I do anything about it? I sent two books in one with a window bag and one in a slab.

Sorry I must have not explained right. If Ups were to deliver on the 15th but after 5 30 would there be someone to sign for it?

I just sent in a book for the Claremont signing. Ups said it would be there on the 15th between 9-8. If it arrives there after 5:30 ( Cgc Office closes at that time ) am I screwed?

So I bought a infinity gauntlet #4 signed by starlin,perez and rubinstein recently but the holder came really damaged. I was going to get a refund but I thought I could just send it in to the chris evans signing and it would be reencapsulated. My question is that im worried cgc might think I tampered with it and not accept it. Please tell me if they will judging by the pics Please help a n00b.
