Not new purchases, but just found these in a box of some of the last bunch of comics I got at Bruce's Comics in Santa Fe in the early 90's. Forgot I even bought these and Thank you Bruce Ellsworth for your amazing knowledge on what were affordable but worthwhile books back then.

At the other end of the bronze age this one seems to have gotten hot for some reason. Who knew Madam Web would be the next Green Goblin.

Giant Size X-Men #1 and/or X-Men 94 Club
Morganmi replied to HeroX's topic in Bronze Age Comic Books
Yea I like the cover and story better in 94 but Giant sized is the true 1st app. And seems harder to find in high grade so from a value perspective probably the superior investment at least. -

Yea, just in case anyone else was wondering. It turns out if the hologram isn't deep blue from every angle it isnt the rare defective blue hologram even if it looks much more blue than green.

Thanks I think I found It. Apparently I forgot to add the AND to my search before.

So I guess this comic is a lot more valuable with a blue Hologram. This seems like it's blue to me most times I look at it but at a certain angle it turns green around the edges. Anyone have any on weather this is a green or blue hologram on this book?

Amazing Spider-Man Collecting Thread!
Morganmi replied to Point Five's topic in Silver Age Comic Books
Bought this Back in the early 80's. At the time it was the most expensive book I'd ever bought at 85$ plus 10 or 20% store discount. Can"t remember anymore.
