Should I email if I didn’t label my package fast track and I ordered fast track? If so who should I email?

Should I email them if I didn’t put express on my packaging and I got fast track? It’s been under received for 9 days now

It’s my first time sending in a comic for CGC. I found a Ultimate Fallout #4 in what looked to be really good condition at my local comic store so I got it. So I’m wondering what the time frame is. I sent it a couple days ago. I live in Florida and it said it arrived in their PO Box today. So wondering the turn around time. I did express grading and pressing. Here’s my receipt. Also sort of starting a forum to see what you guys last grades were. Share and help if you can!

So I sent in my Ultimate Fallout #4 sealed in the poly bag not knowing they wouldn’t open it. To CGC it. What should I do to let them know they can open it so they’ll CGC it?
