  1. Thanks for tagging me. This should have been addressed yesterday afternoon but I will confirm.
  2. Question for those still having this problem: Do you have the boards bookmarked and are you accessing them that way? Here is how I am getting stuck in the login loop: If I go to the CGC site, log in and click Chat Boards on the menu, the chat boards open in a new tab and I am signed in. If I click 'sign out' in that new tab, I can see that I am signed out of the boards. If I go back to the original tab where I signed in on the CGC main site, it looks like I am still logged in but I'm really not. So, when I click Chat Boards on the menu, they open in a new tab but I am not signed in. I click to sign in, I'm taken to the CGC main page where it looks like I am already logged in. This is how I am getting stuck in the loop. For now, I'm asking our programmers to have the boards open in the same window rather than in a new tab. That seems to resolve the problem for me but I don't know if it is a problem for all of you if the boards open in the same window rather than a new tab. If it is a problem, we can easily roll it back to opening in a new tab but I thought this approach may relieve some of the frustration in the short term. How are you getting stuck in the loop?: I'm not sure we are all getting stuck in the loop the same way which is why I asked the question about accessing the boards through a bookmark. If you are getting stuck in the loop after taking steps that are different than mine, would you please let us know how you are clicking to get there? We appreciate your patience and all of the information provided so far. We look forward to getting this resolved for everyone.

  6. The database for dealer accounts is separate from the database for collector accounts and requires different considerations for dealers. We always meant to go back and make that integration happen but it was lost in a sea of priorities. We are in the process of integrating the dealer database and ultimately I will suggest revisiting the dealer login issue.
  7. Thank you. After logging out of the entire CGC site and then back in, has it continued to work as expected or do you have to do that log out process every time you return?
  8. Got it, thanks. We are looking into a cookie expiration theory for the cause though I want to be sure I am addressing everyone still having this problem so we can follow up on every scenario.

  12. Agreed...we are working on getting that someone who can make the boards their primary focus.
  13. The only CGC staff here on this board has been me. A team has been needed here for some time as I am an individual responsible for MANY areas of all of the CCG businesses. Not an excuse but an explanation of why things have gone down the way they have. I am happy that a team is being assembled and hopefully many of these concerns will be addressed soon.

  15. I'm told the update shouldn't take more than an hour and actually may take just a few minutes.
  16. The board update is set to happen tomorrow morning at 8am ET. After updating the NGC and PMG boards we found there was an issue with the remember me function. Users had to log out and clear their cookies and cache to successfully get back into the boards. There will be a brief outage later today to hopefully address that issue. We look forward to getting through the update tomorrow and handle any issues immediately.
  17. Update: We asked Invision to be at the ready as we make the update in case there are issues that need to be immediately addressed. We are waiting for them to confirm a date and time. Stay tuned.
  18. Hello everyone, Just a note to let you know that a technical update to the boards is coming and we are told it will resolve or heavily reduce the frequency of these errors being reported. We know this has been a source of great frustration for the community. We appreciate your patience as we've worked through these issues. I will post on this again once we nail down the exact day and time the update will run.

  22. Not highjacking. I could say the same as I said above to SauceDog. Expand those individual book comments a little and you are golden. Your overall set comments are outstanding and I love that you included the undistorted cover images. So cool!

  24. I wouldn't change a thing about your overall set description. We love nostalgia! Tell us a little more in the individual book comments - did you have to hunt them down, where were you able to find them, where did you get them signed, anything special you like about that issue, etc? Great set!
