Thank you. I will definitely contact them. The Images have been uploaded and now I'm even more confused because the grade doesn't match the image and grade notes don't say anything about interior damage. Hopefully it was just a typo. Wouldn't be the first typo I've seen. I have one I still need to send back to be corrected because the label lists the incorrect book number.

The order has moved to shipped as of today. However, my Ultimate Fallout 4 that I sent as a CGC graded 9.6 is now a 6.0?!!!!! This is the second time in less than 6 months that I have sent in a previously graded book and had it excessively  damaged by CGC. This is completely unacceptable. Is there someone I can speak with to address this issue?

Order # 4413647 is halfway through its 6^th week listed as “Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging”. I had a different order make it through the entire process while this one was stuck at “Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging”. I have never seen one take this long at any stage which has me concerned the books were lost or damaged, which has happened to me before with CGC. I would appreciate it if someone would physically put eyes on the books and provide an update. The generic “its in queue” response just isn’t working.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue. I have an order that has been stuck in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging for almost a month now. I would appreciate an update if possible. This does have me a little concerned because the last time I had one stuck it was due to damage during the grading process. @MattM CS

I gave it a few extra days and they still haven't showed up. The order and cert numbers are:

Thanks for the fast response! I appreciate the info. I'll keep an eye out. I assumed it was imaged just not uploaded.

Cgc announced not long ago that they were imaging all submissions. My last 2 submissions completed within the last week were not imaged. Did they stop imaging already?
