okay so even if you are unsure of the grade and value, just declare lower and go from there then. i guess?? let them be the ones.

it ask you to roughly figure grading and value??- so if you guys feel the grade is nicer which changes value of comic and pokemon card. how does that work if you already paid??? asking so i know if you pay a price for a declared value and it is worth more??- how does that work??? thanks everyone
