  1. Then why was the differentiation made and label placed on the one book, and not mine. There is a noted price difference in the higher grades of this book, and as stated, despite the obvious barcode showing it as a newsstand copy, at some point the decision was made by CGC to note that copy as a newsstand.

  3. I've seen different graded copies of Heir to the Empire, some direct some newsstand and several of the Newsstand have had it noted on the CGC tag. I recently submitted 5 of the newsstand variants thru a third party and got them back yesterday but they had no such annotation. Is this something that would be considered a mistake on the label and can be sent back for relabeling? One of the 5 for example
