    I submitted two books, one Value, one Economy. Received August 26. Turnaround revised three times.. now 53 and 60 days. Not the best customer service in my humble opinion.

    I'm brand new to CGC and just submitted my first books for grading. I've tried to find answer to this question online, but I'm stymied. Grading price is based in part on the estimated value of the comic. What if I'm uncertain as to the value? Is value based on graded or ungraded? If I estimate the maximum value as under $200. and your grading suggests a higher value, how do I pay the higher price for grading? (From $27 to $38). Make sense? I may be totally misunderstanding the system. I obviously want to get the lowest price for grading, but don't want to "scam." I'm happy to pay the exact grading cost, I'm just unsure as to how to proceed. thanks

    I shipped my books to CGC by UPS. Package was delivered. However, when I check the "Submission Tracking" tab, it indicates that I have no comics in submission. How long does it take for comics to be entered into the system once they have been delivered to CGC? thanks
