    Paul -- your reply here is tone deaf and ridiculous. For those of us with large submissions in process this will be hugely expensive and no amount of good faith effort on our part is making your system work. I have been trying constantly for a few days straight and been unable to get even a single new item added to my existing order. Please keep your loyal customers in mind and do not presume that the (currently) high demand for your services entitles you to behave in a way that is inconsiderate and greedy.
