The Giant-Size X-Men #2 is manufactured with the Double Interiors.

Two different covers exist of the Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America #3 that is manufactured with the interior of "Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America #4. One cover by John Romita and the other by Michael Turner.

The Daredevil 16 is manufactured with the interior of Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos 38.

As a companion to the CELEBRATE THE DOUBLE COVER thread, I thought that I would start a thread celebrating the manufacturing errors. Here are a few books to start the thread and show some love for the "Qualified Label"
