    This seems to be a good thread to update with your personal dates, to help others with clarity. I sent in a package to CSG, that was delivered to the Post Office box on March 29th. It is still not updated into the system. I will post here the same day I get a confirmation email.

    Hello, I have found a few threads about this issue, but not an exact clear answer.... When submitting a card for OC, with Centering dot., but also want sub-grades, Do I select Error, then Sub-Grades? I have read in another thread that you do NOT select sub-grades when submitting for error, however, I just want to figure out to do error AND sub-grades correctly.
