I have also experienced this. My order was showing in the process of pressing / grading but now has disappeared completely. When I enter the order number it cant be found. Order CGC2028112393

I received several books back recently that appear to have a plastic flap or something on the inside holding the comic in place. Previous books I had graded did not have this. Just wondering if this is normal ?
