  1. All my orders did not hit the turnaround times and its been a week since my cards were shipped back and still haven't got my cards. Now I see that my standard order was shipped back but see that I paid for subgrades and they were sent off without subgrades. Its irresponsible if I have to wait longer for my order to at least have them done correctly.
  2. It was on 2 days, but unfortunately they are not hitting their turnaround times which sucks cause we are expecting it. And some ppl are ok with it but I understand u because I was very upset that everything that I sent in isn't hitting any of their times. So flipping before the market drops again isn't possible and we lose profit from it smh
  3. My economy was received on nov 10. Its still on scheduled for grading. Been on that status for 3 weeks
  4. Well I was told differently. Was told that if they update changes on turnaround times it will affect orders. Sub is at received and they logged it in 11-10. So thats over the time
  5. My economy sub was 2 bus. Days away from the 30 day turnaround and it was stuck on received. Then cgc switched the turnaround times and then my status changed to schedule for grading. Is my turnaround time now affected. And my standard sub. Is 4 days away from its turnaround time and its still stuck on received. I feel like nothing is gonna hit its turnaround time and I jus payed premium for no reason. I also have a express thats at the halfway point and stuck on received. And yes I'm using business days when referencing the days. Its alil aggravating when they behind on all my orders. And was told once it goes to grading the steps move quickly but my economy been over a week at the same status. I keep calling and they say any day u should see a update or that its almost done. But my screen says different. Very bad start to my experience with cgc
