What laws have the broken? You are the most Karen person I have come across on the internet in a long time. You did not need to use their service. For the love of god, please go find something else to do other than continually whining on this forum. Nobody likes a crybaby. Lawsuits.... pfft get ahold of yourself.

So much complaining. First world problems people. Oh mY gOd, My cArDs ArENt bACk yEt. If you don’t like the service provided then move along. This forum is so toxic and I (and many many others) just want to read about cards.

They now do just that.

At this point Sp33dy you are just trolling. I have a economy order with sub grades, that was received on 12/07, that just got scheduled for grading. You need to relax. Maybe you can start an competing company that can get product in and out faster with cheaper prices, you know, if you can find graders, and have the money to pay them and for the space that you are going to need to process all the new orders! Let’s us know how it goes.

We did not lie to anyone. We clearly state on the turnaround times page that they are only our best estimates. There has been a simply crazy increase in volume the last few weeks. There is only so much we can do. We already spent millions of dollars on a new facility as well as hired over 70 people since January, but we need to continue to ramp up production. This process will take time. We have also increased overtime incentives to try to push through the backlog.
It is certainly not a lack of effort from the team causing the backlog to increase. Please be patient is all I can say. We are doing and will continue to do our best without sacrificing quality.
Paul
Thank you guys for your continued work throughout these crazy times. I hope you all enjoy your weekend.

Bro look at all sales everywhere. Find me a consistent amount of cards that are rivaling psa slabs.u won't find it. If a psa card sells for 300 then the same grade for a cgc will be almost 200 less
Then use PSA. Others will continue to use CGC and not complain about it over and over and over and over agin. Do you people not have anything better to do?

They are hiring like crazy and someone speculated that they are adding physical space. So did PSA. The processes involved in grading aren't easily scalable. If it were, there would be new entrants into the marketplace doing it better/faster. All the grading companies are watching mail trucks dump millions of cards in their warehouse, knowing there's just no way they can get to it quick enough. Back to econ 101, these are capacity constraints interacting with an industry with very high barriers of entry and low scalability of capacity. It's a linear function, which is why they can make the estimates in the first place, so long as they know how many cards are going to land in their lap. If those estimates on the # of cards coming in spike, I will let you figure out what it does to the linear function that spits out how long it will take for the order to come out.
This guy gets it!

U guys always jump to the, well they should.raise prices that will help. No it won't jus more money to take and keep the wait. They should really hire ppl and not say they are. ND WHEN THEY FIX THE ISSUES AND BRING THE TAT BACK DOWN THEN TALK ABOUT RAISING PRICES. NOT BEFORE
Because that is what will stop with the bulk order issue they are having now. Also, bro, all you do is complain, if you have an issue why not try to contact Paul on the forums, or call CGC directly. You are becoming stale with your every day complaints

I’m not sure why so many people didn’t see this coming. My friend and I had a conversation back in Early July 2020 that there was no way the wait times would not balloon in a relatively short amount of time for CGC cards. 🤷
Its because a bunch of people wrote off CGC Trading Cards as soon as they launched. The die hard "other" grading company people. And then it all went down hill for them with wait times and such, so they started to migrate and flooded CGC along with the flippers and scalpers. This, along with people actually realizing that CGC is a solid grading service for trading cards. They are demanding top dollar now, just look at that Blastiose that sold for some 300k+.

Yeah, has to be. That big of a jump, they must have crunched some numbers and needed to throw up a stop sign before it gets even crazier.

Second update today! Here’s my progress
11 card economy with sub grades
received 12/03/2020
scheduled for grading 03/05/2021
grading / quality control 03/09/2021
This news makes my day. I have 19 economy cards with subgrades and they were received 12/7/20. Should be on deck!
-
Economy (19 cards + 19 sub grades for said cards)
Received 12/7Still in received status as of 2/26
sent them in when turn around times for economy was, 25 or 30 days. It is what it is. Just wish I had a bit more info for when they will be graded. Hopefully soon.
Also sent 4 cards in at Walkthrough tier. They were graded (sub grades too) and shipped within 2 days of being received 2/16-2/18, which made me ecstatic.

This is what makes this hobby worth it. Sometimes you get the shaft, and other times you find diamonds in the rough. If everyone pulled perfect 10’s, it would be kinda boring.

Economy and sub grades for 19 cards 12/7- received
2/18- received
Can’t wait to get them back, any day now! Thanks for all you do CGC, times are tough and you guys and gals are rocking it! Keep up the good work!
Hallelujah Hallelujah 🙏
