Extremely Miscut & Misprint Pokémon Card - Gradable?

Hi there! I recently pulled this out of a pack and sleeved it up. Several people have suggested that I have it graded. Now, this is the worst I’ve ever seen so I just wanted to ask if it is gradable before I send it it in. Also, with it being miscut, do you think there would be any issues with it fitting in a graded case? I’m mostly just looking to get it authenticated and slabbed for my collection. But if it can grade decent as well, all the better. Please let me know if you have any questions!
