When CGC grades Mad Magazine annual editions (Worst from Mad, More Trash from Mad, Special, etc) and indicates the bonus inserts are "included", does this also mean they are still attached to the magazine? I recently bought a CGC graded copy of Worst from Mad #5 which indicated the bonus record was "included." Does this mean it's also attached? If "included" does mean "attached" -- how would CGC grade or label a copy in which the bonus insert was included by detached? Thank you!
