Bulk Submission (56 Cards no subgrades) Received 12/17 Scheduled for grading 4/15 Grading/Qc 4/29

Anyone’s bulk from 12/17 being graded yet? Mine have been scheduled for grading since last Wednesday.

Express, 8 Cards- Received 3/23, Finalized 4/14 Walkthrough, 2 Cards- Received 4/7, Finalized 4/13 Bulk, 56 Cards w/o subs- Received 12/17, Scheduled for grading 4/15, Excited to get these back finally (Hopefully in 3 weeks) Customer Service at this place is terrible. I spoke to a guy named Shane and his supervisor (Melissa). Neither one should be in customer service.

56 bulk a/o subs - received 12/17, still received. 2 walkthrough - received 4/4, finalized, (Rapid Strike Urshifu vmax 170/163 grade- 9.5) (Tyranitar V 155/163 grade- 9.5) 8 express - received 3/23, grading 4/9, still grading Standard submission received late March, still not showing in system.

Can this just be a thread with TAT? Every discussion doesn’t have to be about about ideas. Stop using the service if you don’t like it. Complain in one thread.

Steve, Any chance CGC will start grading cards like Harry Potter TCG soon? I don't want to use the competitors and have unmatching slabs.

Not true. It took my submission about a week 9 days to go from scheduled for grading to finalized. This was only last week.

Do you guys feel WK /EX services should be waiting 2-3 weeks for processing? I wouldn't mind sending my cards with that service if it was going to expedite things. If I'm waiting 8-10 weeks total with processing for standard, and 5 weeks for walkthrough, the price difference isnt really justified.

Finally got them back!! Lots of great grades. Question: How does a card get OVR: 8.5, Cent: 8.5 Corners: 10, Edge: 9.5, Surf: 8.5 Shouldn't this be a 9?

I understand the CGC has received a lot of new business with competitors raising prices and having longer TAT's. CGC has raised their prices (still not as high as competitors), and TAT has increased (getting a lot closer to competitors). If you advertise a TAT for bulk submissions of 30 business days (truly 45-50 days), then you should be close to that time frame. Hiding being the work "approximate", and then changing bulk submissions twice to longer dates (111 business days, or truly 5 months) is not acceptable to customers that are truly the foundation of CGC's card grading. CGC cards typically hold a 80-90% value compared to PSA/BGS, but this gap is closing as we continue to use your service. I purchased an Elite membership and have submitted more than $7000 of raw card value to CGC (1 Bulk submission in December, 1 Standard submission in February, 1 Standard in March, and 1 Express in March). I have not received grades for ANY of my cards. Currently, only 2 of my orders are showing up as received. 1 of the standard submissions has been in grading/QC since Friday, March 12th. This is a 10 card submission. Now its the weekend again, and my cards will have been in the same status for at least 11 days if you complete them on Monday. That's an average of more than 1 day per card to grade. Either there is a problem with people changing the status, or we have a bigger concern on the grading process. I'm not the only CUSTOMER having these concerns. What is CGC going to do for the returning customers that continue to support them, but are not being treated as valuable assets to this growing business?

Well I hope they finish mine today. Mine was 10 cards with sub grades. Started last Friday.

Was yours a standard submission that started Friday last week?

Has anyone received any information about cards that started the grading process on the 3/12? Most cards being graded on 3/11 were mailed on 3/12. It's been 3 business days and still we have no information. I understand CGC is having a large amount of business at the moment, but no reason my 10 card submission is taking more than 3 business days to grade. That's an average of 3 hours per card lol.
