  1. The submission from the 23rd is still showing in Sarasota with the above original status. However the larger shipment that was returned to me on the 29th has updated. I'm thinking since the 23rd return was one book it was easier to misplace. I'm going to talk to my local PO today to see if there's anything they can do on their end.

    I now have 2 returns in this status. One from May 23rd, 1 from May 29th. Two more are in grading, but I called CS today to move them to FedEx even though I don't trust their service I can't gofor week(s) on end with no transit updates.

    Tried that just now online and the website says I can only file a missing mail report once it's moved on from Pending package acceptance.

If your box was labeled on all sides with "WK" for Walkthrough tier submissions, then it should be opened up sooner, usually within 1 to 3 days.

    I appreciate the response, but this is not about a shipment to CGC. It's about a graded submission being shipped back to me via USPS which they collected from your team on the 23rd of May and has been in the above status since then. With CGC being the shipper, I thought perhaps you can contact USPS Sarasota and see if it's possible for them to get this moving.

As for delivering boxes several blocks away, our regular USPS mail carrier, when on duty, has twice taken the time to bring the boxes to me; she is, simply, a very hard working dedicated mail carrier who always goes above and beyond. When she was not on duty, I was very fortunate to be able to track the box down in two days-it was delivered to a house three blocks north of mine with a wholly different numeric address.

    I stopped using the other guys because they only shipped back to me via FX. I live in a rural area. FX would just drop off the box wherever it was convenient, with as few steps as possible for them. I switched to USPS and a PO Box. Yea it forces me to visit my post office more, but it's much more secure imo this way then having FX just randomly leave my box on my property

    This isn't my first submission with CGC. Just the first that's sat at this status with no update for this many days. I'm sure it'll show up eventually. Was just curious if anyone else had books sent back on the 23rd via USPS and if they were showing the same status.

    Posted this in another part of the forum and was asked to post here. Basically I use USPS for my return shipping for my graded submissions since they go back to my PO Box. I feel it's more secure than FX just dropping off my returns without a signature at my front door. So CGC shipped my submission 4416853 on May 23rd. It's been "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" with USPS Sarasota since then with no updates. Is there anything CGC CS can help on their end?

    Edit: Guess I'm not sure what you're asking or seeing the correlation between your inbound package to CGC via USPS and others receiving back their submissions.

    I use USPS to ship back to my PO Box. I don't use FX for my returns so my subject title is accurate. CGC offers both options depending on which address you're returning to. PO Box, USPS, Any others FX.

    My latest submission has been showing "Available for Pickup" since 7:36pm on Monday, May 20th.

    Tracking# 9410836105536064575673.

    I realize that the PO Box is at CGC, but it appears this arrived after close of business. When will this be collected from 1661 Ringling Blvd?

  11. Weird posting this but maybe it's an issue on CGCs end. Each time I click on print packing slip it opens a new window like always with the spiny wheel then I get a grey screen, with no packing slip. I've tried in different browsers and restarted my pc.

    Thank you for responding. Wouldn't yesterday the 15th be the 10th business day? Can you say when it was officially received so I know when the 7-10 days began?
