    received 3/4/21
    TCG - BULK
    Quality Control/Finalized - as of 9-15

Well it took 2 weeks after hitting this point, but my cards just moved to shipped, Some low grades, but I will just be excited to have them back in hand to start trying to move them.

Was looking at my receipt from CGC to see what the shipping cost was so that I can open a claim against FedEx and noticed that CGC charged me $10 per sub-graded card. When I submitted the price was $4.50 per card as stated on my invoices from 7 months ago. I was wondering why my bill seemed higher than expected. I guarantee CGC is overcharging a lot of customers this way. People pay close attention to your bill. I would have never figured it out if I didn't go to look at my shipping cost. I can't imagine how much additional revenue they are making from this. They are probably laughing at us with each passing day.

When I spoke on the phone to Accounting, it sounds like they have to manually go into each order with the old subgrade price and change each line to the correct price before billing, which it seems like got skipped on yours. Just give them a call, tell them your order number, and they should fix it pretty quick.

so my first sub went into grading/quality control today 7/12. Does anyone have any subs around this time that I am able to compare to, my heads been messed up since this "glitch/hack" due to being so close for me to get my cards returned? Would be helpful since this chat is about turn around times and discussion about this glitch which should have been addressed publicly on the website so there is no confusion.

My 2/2 submission moved through that part of the process in about 4 days and finished up on Thursday last week.

Hope you have the same speed as I have!

  4. 2/2/21
    62
    TCG - BULK
    Shipped
    7/9/21
    2/2/21
    60
    TCG - BULK
    Shipped
    7/8/21

This is both of my bulk orders that were marked as received 2/2, finished between today and yesterday.

Overall grades were pretty disappointing (Especially on a bunch of Vending series 1 and 2 cards that were really mint, apparently not their surfaces)

12-21-2020: Economy 10 cards with Sub Grades

Status: Grading/Quality Control ------ But gives me tracking Info with no Photos or Card Grades?

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Update: now has Departed USPS

Have you figured this out? I had this issue on Mobile and had to check on the computer to fix this, or change my browser on mobile to desktop view, and everything works correctly.

  6. A lot of Pokemon collectors hate the existence of NFC's due to fear of devaluing 'true' misprints/miscuts.

The difference that comes from Lyles perspective and the magic community, is there are a lot of people who try to build miscut/misprinted decks, and sometimes the only way to finish those are to have hand-made misprints (NFC's) cut off sheets to fill out your deck.  As for Pokemon and Lyle, I remember a point where the sheets were getting NFC'd so that Lyle could complete his original 151 Pokemon miscut, since at a certain point you run out of leads on misprint sources, and sheets were readily available up until a year and a half ago.

It is very frustrating to come from the Magic misprint community (And owning MTG NFC's) and enter the Pokemon misprint space, and see overlapping collectors get named and shamed due to tainting the Poke-collector community.  I hope this can get figured out at some point so it is not such a big issue, especially for those that are cutting sheets and not trying to lie to buyers and make it abundantly clear that they are not factory misprints.  NFC's have existed in Pokemon for a long time (almost any square cut base set holo for example) and only turned into a problem like now when sheets were getting cut as miscut cards instead of square cuts.

  7. This is definitely fake, Neo cards were not glossy like this, it looks closer to the early 2000's knock off super glossy cards.

Here is a foil I just recently got graded in Japanese from the same set.

Here is a vending series card that is supposed to be super glossy on the front and back.

Though the card you have may be water damaged, There is no doubt in my mind it is a fake.

Here is a gif of a vending series common for reference as well
