If I sent to PSA or BGS yes I would of got higher value but I was expecting speed and care. Not constant bashing every time I come on message boards by the same 5 people who prob work secretly for the company for voicing my anger about certain things that I wanted improved upon.

While I agree with that, it isn't what I meant. I meant the value of all cards combined in your orders was much much higher than mine and probably most people. You had every right to be upset.

I think it's funny if you added up the value of these cards you would understand.

In all fairness, your order trumped mine in terms of value... exponentially lol
I have all newer stuff in, half of my order are charizard V black star promos
I barely even remember what I sent them, and didn't send to psa...

So you actually admit you're a hypocrite. That kind of honesty is refreshing :golfclap:

I was under the impression that the main reason he was complaining, was because his orders weren't complete... How does what you say make any sense?
You're the same guy that had multiple "burner" accounts, aren't you? Just joined 1 hour ago, and you're already talking to people like you're well aware of their behavior?

  4. So, at this point... it's beyond a minor inconvenience. We are now to the point where a payment has been made, and services have not been rendered. The original estimates were CGC's own estimates made in good faith, and there's only a small amount of leeway in retroactively adjusting "good faith" estimates. At this point, cgc has failed to deliver services within a "reasonable time". These are not just phrases, they are legal terms with precedent and explicit meaning. The only reason I bring this up, is I've seen several people ask to cancel their orders only to be told they can't. Or they can, but they still have to pay... I invite anyone in the sarasota area to take them to small claims, and see how well their defense holds up. You have every right to cancel your order for a full refund, as they failed to deliver within a reasonable time of THEIR OWN estimates.
Also, the 1 person I saw complain about this to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) got immediate movement on his received on DECEMBER 11th ORDERS, on MARCH(29th-31st, it doesn't specify). Take from that what you will. Seems like cgc is in a bit over their heads at the present time.

Upon further investigation it seems the person who made the BBB complain had immediate movement on their order, only to now have it remain stagnant, but see orders received after it returned to other people...

Your sub is economy, right? It blows my mind that they are processing that many more bulk submissions, than economy. There are so many things they are doing wrong as a company, it's astounding. You don't come in and try to reinvent the wheel by yourself, while ignoring the practices of competitors that have been around 20+ years... oh, the hubris!

I just rechecked, I see you have a value sub. My mistake!
I'm under the impression my cards will eventually come back damaged out of spite, I didn't even consider that they would "lose" them... Has anyone even dealt with a lost submission? How do they compensate you? I'm sure they aren't giving full declared value, like everyone else does...

Must be nice. They must have something against me... No Sub Grades and I can't even see my grades. Still says Scheduled for Grading lol Been scheduled for a month!

    Wow...

Is there an extra fee for the service bump itself, along with the extra grading fee?? That seems like “a lot of work” too... I mean, they have to drive to work, get out of the car, walk to their office, turn on the computer... pull up the order, AND change the status! Seems like it would require a specialized team, maybe a Sherpa to locate the actual package.

    RIP Paul. lol

correction. If you have a card that you THINK is worth 200 dollars... For a lot of what is graded, the 10 is maybe over 200, the rest of the grades... aren't. You're not getting a 10 with their arbitrary standards and extreme valuing of rear centering. So, for half the price and only a 2 day longer wait, you send it value and let them upcharge you if they have to. You'd be a fool not to. If you have a card where the 8 or 9 is also over 200... let's be real, that was never a bulk candidate.

I can only imagine how many of you have been paying for 10's when all you have are 9's, and how much money you've all wasted lol

It's not like there's a penalty for underestimating your card a 9, if it somehow squeaks out a 10. At cgc, I highly doubt anyone will find themselves in that situation... lol

If only people stopped sending stuff in, then turn around times could be shorter.

Also, if you have a card worth 200$, you can't use Bulk, so there's the reason to choose economy.

Dude....use business days...... >< you got your hopes up if you think there are 30 working days for CGC in any month......

    ???
in every instance, every use of the word days = "business days" in the paragraph you quoted. There are like 8 non business days a month, max. How many business days are we from january 11th (when my sub was marked received) ? 71-2? would be 74, but holidays... The estimate at the time, and even for a little while after received, was 30 business days, not 30 days. You get it now?
