Anyone who with receive submission around 2/11 - Economy get their cards back yet?
I know there's was a glitch, but i've been on Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging for a month now and due to the glitch I really don't know where in the process I actually am.
Yes! I got my Economy 2/11 back last Tuesday. I live up in Alberta and they were shipped in 3 days with their default FedEx option.

Well my buddy just got his 2/15 bulk back today… my 2/11 bulk is still in grading/encapsulation
That’s wild. I have a bulk 2/10 still in grading. Good for him! Positivity!

Update as of this morning:
Economy - Received 2/11 - 77 Cards - Quality Control

I have a Bulk and Economy received early Feb, and both scheduled for grading the same day about three weeks ago. Curious to see the difference in time remaining on both of these at different tiers. Econ has got to be close..

In an order I had submitted a few months ago, I had accidentally entered "Quantity: 1" for my 1st Edition Squirtle, even though I was submitting 2, along with 100+ others.
CGC was awesome and sent an email within a few days of the submission being received saying that there was an error on my end and they updated the submission to show +1 cards, and added the same declared value for both of these cards. I had to do nothing, and it was handled seamlessly on their end. I truly didn't even check if I was charged the $2 fee or not...

I have also had one of my orders as “In Process” since early February. I made a post about it too and all I heard back was crickets...

My submissions have been marked as received for a few weeks now, however I checked today and one of my two submissions is labelled as “In Process” and I am able to click on the order number to see the card submissions.
I’m curious as to what this status means... does anyone know? I truly don’t expect them to be moved into the grading stage for a much longer time given the current turnaround times.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Related question on timing. I see my shipment arrived at the CGC in Florida on 1/27. It’s almost a week later but no status update has been made marking it as “received”. Is that delay typical or should I begin to freak out?
I have the same question/concern. How long does it take for CGC acknowledge they have received the items?
