  1. Awesome. Good to know. Thank you.
  2. Does the $150 membership credit apply to the reholdering service?
  3. Got it. Okay. Thank you, this was my first time submitting under the ME submission.
  4. I had four submissions come back to me in September 2022 and two of the had mechanical errors, one was a 9.6 which had a cracked case in the upper right hand corner by the label, not affecting the book and the other one was a 9.8 with a crooked label and debris inside the slab. So I sent the two slabs back under the Mechanical Error category the next day. Today, I received an email that my Mechanical Error Submissions are being shipped back to me, but when I look at the LINE ITEMS, there are no grades. Did CGC crack them out of the cases and not reslab them?
  5. Thanks Jennifer. Someone from Customer Service finally responded back to my email and they put me in touch with accounting.
  6. I recently became a new premium member and submitted my first order recently since becoming a premium member. It was 4 modern tier comics. From what I have read and researched, by becoming a premium member, I am given $150 in grading credit and it should be applied to my grading submissions. My CC was charged and there was no credit applied which should've been $96 for the grading. And I know this doesn't apply pressing, shipping/handling etc, only the grading fee. Am I missing something? Does the grading credit not apply to the my first submission since becoming a premium member? I've emailed CGC several times and there has been no response. Not sure what do next.
