Does the $150 membership credit apply to the reholdering service?

Got it. Okay. Thank you, this was my first time submitting under the ME submission.

I had four submissions come back to me in September 2022 and two of the had mechanical errors, one was a 9.6 which had a cracked case in the upper right hand corner by the label, not affecting the book and the other one was a 9.8 with a crooked label and debris inside the slab. So I sent the two slabs back under the Mechanical Error category the next day. Today, I received an email that my Mechanical Error Submissions are being shipped back to me, but when I look at the LINE ITEMS, there are no grades. Did CGC crack them out of the cases and not reslab them?

I recently became a new premium member and submitted my first order recently since becoming a premium member. It was 4 modern tier comics. From what I have read and researched, by becoming a premium member, I am given $150 in grading credit and it should be applied to my grading submissions. My CC was charged and there was no credit applied which should've been $96 for the grading. And I know this doesn't apply pressing, shipping/handling etc, only the grading fee. Am I missing something? Does the grading credit not apply to the my first submission since becoming a premium member? I've emailed CGC several times and there has been no response. Not sure what do next.
