I want to know what types or penny sleeves are acceptable for submitting cards. I have two types of penny sleeves, and I have proper hard sleeves that I know work. The penny sleeves in question are provided below. Are these acceptable for submissions? Or are 100% clear penny sleeves required for submitting cards?
