I understand CGC has changed it to where they won't take your money up front anymore. My question is, which part of the entire grading process will they charge you? My submission was just received a few days ago and I want to make sure I have money in my account for when that time comes.

USPS says my order was delivered on March 8th. I'm not here to complain, I understand it'll be awhile before I receive my next update. I just wanted to say keep up the good work. I'm new to this venture but It's obvious that the grading industry has quadrupled in the work load over the past few months. I wish this company the best of luck with bringing back the original work flow.

I currently have a order that's in the grading process but the credit card I put on file isn't active anymore. How do I go about changing the payment plan. I've sent a message to customer service a few weeks ago and no one has got back to me.
