    It may not be much to some people, but all of the cards I have submitted were cards I pulled with my son back in 1999 so they have special importance to me. I submitted 10 base set unlimited Charmeleon cards and EVERY one got an 8.5. 10 consecutive serial #'s all 8.5! I think that is kind of neat! I don't need the money and will just keep them all until I pass away and someone inherits a ton of Pokemon cards,

    I've watched several Youtube videos and most of them showed the cards in styrofoam with individual slots. Mine did not come like that. There was a larger generic box (that was a bit dinged up by Fed-Ex) and inside that were two smaller boxes that seem to be CGC created. A smaller box can hold a little over 50 cards with slotted cardboard dividing the cards. There is wiggle room, so when you receive the box it may sound loose, but my cards and cases arrived just fine. The smaller boxes were "cushioned" inside the generic mailing box with a couple pieces of thick bubble wrap.

    I received my 2/15/2021 received 100 card bulk order yesterday. It was my first return from CGC. They arrived safe and sound and the grading was fair to slightly tough, though that could be a bias on my part because these were cards I pulled 20+ years ago and like a proud parent my "kid" can do no wrong...HA! Overall a pretty good experience. Thank you

    I know they changed the billing policy at some point, and maybe I was under the old policy. Right now I'm just hoping I move off of Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging.

    2/15/21 100 2,430 TCG - BULK Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging I was charged April 30th for this order. The previous poster is in a step beyond me, despite mine having a 2 day earlier date AND me paying for it months earlier? Is that correct? I'm not really angry or upset, I'm just tying to make sense of it all.

    I was packaging up a submission I entered on April 27 near the price change deadline and noticed that I had a double entry the same card. I imagine it was my fault not realizing that the initial attempt to add the card went through. Is there anyway to modify my submission? Thank you in advance, Chris
