Economy received 2/12 here. Posted this several times before, but they went into Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging in June, and they're still there. My bulk was received the same day, entered Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging the same day, and came back to me in early August. I've called customer service 5 times, DM'd Paul... everybody I speak to says they "email the team and see what's going on". I'm sure that's all they can do, and I appreciate it (thanks @PaulS.), but it's beyond the point of absurdity now. The TAT was 60 working days when I submitted my order, and it's now been more than 150. Not only did my bulk come back more than a full month ago, but people are getting their bulk orders from May back, and Economy from even after that. Sorry for the rant, but I'm almost at my wits end here. I paid extra for economy because those were my favorite 7 cards. I would have never expected to get worse service for paying more. Anyways, rant over I guess.

My economy 2/12 is still in encapsulation (I got my 2/12 bulk back a month ago now..). I called customer service today, and they said they'll reach out and try to get it pushed along. Apologized and all that. It was a much more helpful experience than what I've gotten in the past, so I'd suggest calling if you can. Hoping to finally see them shipped this week.

My bulk finally switched to Grading/Quality Control! It has officially taken the lead over my smaller economy submission, which was received the same day lol. There's no glitch. Scheduled for grading is the new received, so there was some confusion on the boards. If you're in grading/encapsulation/imaging, then they are actually grading your cards. Mine have also been in that stage about a month (2/12 received). They'll hit grading/quality control one day, and about a week after that you should have them back. Seems 2/10, 2/11, 2/12 were an outsized proportion of submissions, but those are the ones that are being returned around now. I can't tell you how long this will take, but I've seen a lot of posts from people with those three dates that have either just gotten their cards back, or just gone into grading.

Dearest Diary, Today is day 18 of Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. Last night, I dreamt that my sweet cards' grades had been posted online for viewing. Alas, what a pleasant dream that was. And yet, here I am, awake once more and gazing upon those stark three words which once held such promise. Grading, encapsulation, imaging. The winds whisper of 2/10 submissions being returned, and there are even rumors swirling of a 2/15 bulk making safe passage. My 2/12 can't be much further off. My spirit hurts, Diary, but I am strong. I will remain here until I have better news.
