  1. any book looks better with the yellow label.
  2. i posted these in the Signature room as well, but I love these so much I wanted to share them here too. I purchased a couple books raw from nik and a cgc 9.4 from a boardie (I forgot whom). I had gothamcentral/Carlos take care of the Signature Series label for me with John Romita Sr. books purchased originally from nik: VF VF/NM VF/NM pre-slabbed cgc 9.4 - got bumped down
  3. I saw Carlos again today and picked up my books signed by Romita Sr. from the Fan Expo.
  4. picked these up today from Carlos/gothamcentral. I should be getting my Romita Sr. Caps from him tomorrow. So watch out for those pics here. Mike Mignola doing a cover for Cap? and I just love this series:
  5. i picked up some ss slabs today for pretty cheap. the grades aren't all that, but it's Cap!
  6. I posted these over in the signature room, but I love the covers so much, I figured I'd share them here as well: I just love that yellow label.
  7. got these in just today from newkingtown. the post office is still delivering on the weekends! and to go with the Cap 337, another Avengers #4 cover swipe that I purchased off jonjesper a while back:
  8. kudos to newkingtown/cosimo for a sweet deal on some SS caps that are posted in the infinite signature thread.
  9. wowzers. i'm waiting for books that were submitted in august/september
  10. nice! when was the national? i'm still waiting for some economies from the Fan Expo.
  11. Owning a graded copy of this book is probably as close as I'm going to get for a long time to ever owning a graded copy of the Golden Age issue itself.
  12. that's cool. i'm honored by your use of anything of mine.
  13. you really go for the "Grails" eh? i almost feel like i want you to own some of my books for a little while just so I can say that you once owned them.
  14. a copy of that book in any condition is a great pickup!
  15. i like the set up as well. i can also see what ComicsAndCode is talking about. For me, I'd be sure to have a rotation for certain books to switch out with the keys every so often to help minimize the light exposure.
