    Im a premium member and I always got 5% off but now its gone when I try to start a submission form, why?

    I made a submission that was received on 2/17 and it says now opening from 3/15. Why was I skipped over by a month? I understand the high volume issue, but when I submitted my cards the turnaround time was under 60 days and it changed to 140 after a month of it being received, I am not sure how I have been skipped for a month now. My current status is still received and I sent it via economy.

    I noticed it is now over 100 days for economy turnaround times, my submission was received last moth on 2/17 when turnaround times were 56 days. For my order it is still the 56 days right? since it was pushed back after mine was received, or should I expect it be the 100 day turnaround?
