  1. Are you going to go with the 'fireside' look of comic rooms. Pipe smoking in velvet dressing gown while reading in a leather upholstered chair is optional Yeah, I keep trying to figure out how warm the room will be, since I'm going to put most of the comics in a walk in to the left of the fireplace...I want to make sure I don't over do it and bake my comics....
  2. Lost my room to my son...I don't hold it against him (honest). building a room now, to replace the closet I am keeping them in (can't wait). So keep posting, cause I'm stealing ideas.
  3. Got these in from Ebay 1. Gloss on the books is excellent, there are no creases or other problems with the books. 2. Page quality sucks (badly) On a positive note I did get all 60+ books for about a buck a book...so why complain? Books were shipped in a box, no bags, and stuffed around them for padding were crumpled up pages of Sick Laff-In magazine and Cracked, dates on them are late 1960's to mid 1970's.....I'm afraid to ask the seller about them because I want to believe that they were trashed before he used them to send out packages.
  4. thanks. all in all, a very cool room. On one hand I love this thread, on the other I can't stand to look at so many cool rooms (that are not in my house). I'm glowing green like the hulk
