  1. I'm in the same boat. Mine arrived at CGC Mar 22....I guess I need to put the year 2021. - those scheduled for CCS went 2 days ago... how does that happen?
  2. Doesn't help me though. I have a few time sensitive books in that shipment (first Carnage, TMNT #1, Black widow #1 variant, DMZ #1,Shazam #1 etc) that I was hoping to get back. It is not looking good..
  3. That is good to know. Thank you. I speculated that the number of signature series signing events may be impacting the normal work load.
  4. mine have been on their premises since March 22 and they show as Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging as a catch all....so who knows where they are. also books in the same shipment just showed received at CCS this week! These are my first submissions and I have to say I am completely unimpressed. Is this typical? The stated turnaround was about 60 working days when I submitted..
  5. Thanks I appreciate the precision. I'd say a 9.8 at worst a 9.6. Cheers
  6. thanks for the information it is as close as possible to mint probably a 9.8, however there is no grading for a book like this as far as i know. Appears to have been bagged and boarded since new and never read. I received it with a lot of comics i bought about 10 years ago Cheers
  7. I have a copy of Coober Skeber the Marvel Benefit issue from the San Diego Comicon back in 1997. . I know it is rare and I think technically illegal at the time. Mine is in never been read Mint condition. There is very little out there about the book. I know it was reprinted in 2000 with a different cover and that the art work and stories were done to benefit Marvel writers and Artists but that is about the sum of my knowledge on it Any information you have would be appreciated, I have no idea what it is worth.. I found this....Have a look at some of The Beguiling's rarest comic books (torontolife.com) Thanks
  8. I just joined CGC and am going through my books and cataloging at the moment... not my favorite pastime but it has some advantages. I discovered some old Golden age books I had tucked away and was considering CGCing them but return and expenditure are always issues I'll post a few here. Any words of wisdom welcome.
