CGC is always outstanding at doing research and recognizing variants and different print runs for cards, but I believe CGC may have missed this one. Every card in the Pokémon Meiji 1998 set can have two different prism patterns, cracked ice and a block (starburst) prism. Some people believe the block prism is slightly rarer, although I'm not sure. Will CGC updated their labels/pop report to recognize the variant? I recently submitted one of these cards and noted the variant on my submission but see the prism variant is not included in the card description on the submission tracker.
