  1. DD in red AND yellow to DD first red FROM yellow!
  2. Crud ... and you couldn't hear my best Phil Hartman sarcasm come thru either. Looks like a swing and a miss for BOTH of us Cat ...
  3. Blonde with a short skirt to blonde with a short skirt.
  4. Pedigree copy with the Devil on the cover to pedigree copy with DAREDEVIL on the cover.
  5. That's all for tonight gang. Thanks to all who looked and especially to all who found something for their collection!
  6. Back to some Golden Age to wrap it up for tonight. Another Ace book, Super-Mystery v2 #4 missing the first 2 wraps and 3 centerfolds. Even with all that missing, the 8- page Buckskin and 8 page Captain Gallant stories are complete, as is the 2 page text story. GA reader for super cheap. SOLD via pm
  7. The Atom #1 coverless with off white pages. SOLD via pm
  8. Showcase 14 coverless. Off white-ish pages, small piece out of last page, goes into artwork, but doesn't affect the readability of the story. $75 SOLD
  9. Action Comics 21 coverless, missing 3 outer wraps, but the all important centerfold is present and secure! Pages are off white or better and the copy is flat with a few tears, but really pretty nice shape for being coverless for so long. The Spectre (plugging More Fun 52), makes not one but TWO appearances in this issue, both are present in this copy! There's also a half page ad for Flash Comics #2! You could remove the centerfold to complete another copy of Action #21 and still have the Spectre and Flash ads intact! GPA reports a coverless copy with split first wrap and straight brittle pages selling for $300 a little over 2 years ago. This should be a steal for that amount! $300
  10. Action Comics 22 front cover only. Add a very cool piece of early DC history to your collection! $175 SOLD
  11. Captain America 64 gut less comic, just front and back covers, still attached firmly, with small tear where the staple was and piece torn off the lower back cover. Not much more to say here. $125
  12. Captain America 34 coverless, missing a lot of pages! There are 19 pages present, several outer wraps and the centerfold are gone and more. 3 pages have a face/head cut out of a panel and one page has a piece torn off. A lot of pages are loose, some have tears. There are a lot of cool pages and a great splash left. I took WAY more pictures than most would for a book in this price range, but I want you to know what you're getting and see that there's still a lot left. $25 SOLD
  13. Ok, going back into the boxes and hope to have more tonight. I'm pretty sure I have another Cap and a few other things, so check back in a while if these things interest you.
  14. Venus #3 coverless, missing an outer wrap, but HAS the all important centerfold! The 4 page Hedy story, the 2 page text story and the 9 page Venus stories are complete, with a bonus one page Venus "Special Feature" story as well. Flat copy with some staple tears and off white or better pages. $85
  15. I couldn't agree more! Timely has long been my favorite GA publisher!
  16. Ok, I'm back with a Captain America 47 that is coverless, missing an outer wrap and a centerfold. As jumbled up as it seems, that's all it's missing. This book was stored away for decades folded improperly (the way I got it), so now it has a hard crease where it shouldn't, like an artificial spine. There are a lot of tears and tape repairs which I've tried to show in the pics. Unfortunately, of the stores in the book, only the text story is complete, but this is an expensive book, so if you either need parts now or think you will in the future, you might wanna grab this. $40. SOLD
