A seasoned collector buddy of mine semi-recently told me that he found the whole "thee & thou" style of storytelling to be off putting when he was younger. He collects them again NOW and from what I can tell, he seems to have gotten over that.

Spidey had a gallery of villains second to none! I think he had more than Batman and I prefer MOST of the Spidey villains to Batman's gallery of bad guys. Also, LOOK at how prolific Lee and Ditko were in such a short amount of time!!! Submitted for your perusal .... Spider-Man villain first appearances within the title's first twenty issues.
