Sending card for grading from Europe

I have never had cards graded before and have a few questions regarding the whole process. First of all is it even possible for me to send directly from Denmark to the US office? If so how does the process work, when I send the cards to USA do I have to pay the import taxes or is that handled by CGC and returned to them when they send the cards back? Also When I receive the cards back will I have to pay import taxes and would that typically be refundable since I just got my cards back? Lastly how much would shipping typically cost to have 20 cards sent back to me? I'm sorry if the questions are confusing, I'm just not quite sure how whole process works.
