  1. My bulk just went backwards from Graded/Quality Control back to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. Anyone else had this happen before?
  2. Well that's disappointing. Charging that far in advance of completing a service is a bad business practice. They didn't do that on my 3 other subs. I wouldn't pay someone now to mow my lawn for them to come out and do it in a month or two.
  3. I got charged for both of my bulk subs (marked received 7/2 and 7/9) last week and still am stuck in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging, where I have been since the dawn of time. I thought their practice was to charge when it hits Grading/QC? Are they just trying to squeeze in some profit before the end of the year or did they change policies?
  4. That's crazy actually, my standard order with subs was delivered only one day before yours and was shipped back to me 7/20. Glad your getting your cards back though!
  5. Yes that's correct, I followed the instruction to mark the box with the ST and it went way better that way than my early April submission before they had that instruction! in place.

Just to confirm for everyone who wasn't instructed to write "ST" on their late-March/early-April submissions, I did call customer service on an unrelated issue with my second submission and brought up the question many of us had as to whether they would be moving those submissions through faster because the lack of the "ST" instruction when submitted. The answer is yes, they intend to move those submissions up the line and work through them quicker to try to keep it closer to the originally quoted turn around time. Excited to see some movement on my first standard sub!

  10. This is my situation exactly. Sucks that writing "ST" on the package just after my submission. Hopefully they account for that and move it through the grading process ahead of the standard deliveries that arrived well after ours. Although it may just be a fool's dream.

Just making sure I'm not alone here - I had a submission (standard and bulk) delivered on 4/15/21 per USPS tracking but when I enter the tracking information into the CGC "Confirm Package Delivery" feature it still says that my submission hasn't been received or hasn't been scanned and to check back in a few days. I did notice that this feature wasn't added to the site until after my package was delivered, so maybe it just wasn't standard practice when my package arrived to scan it in? Or maybe I just don't understand the point of this package delivery feature on the site? It would be nice to know that they actually have my submission or to know if there are any others in this boat at least. Thanks.
