I am new to all of this, I have a Power Rangers graded signature series comic I would LOVE to add two more signatures on at Rangerstop Atlanta in June. How do I go about seeing if anyone from CGC will be at the event?

Hello everyone! I am brand new to collecting comics, specifically signature series Power Rangers comics (I know it's silly). Well I have a comic that is slabbed with a CGC signature series yellow label and I would like to get some additional signatures added. I know that requires a CGC facilitator to open the slab and physically get the signatures themselves then send it off to grading and whatnot. But how do you find a CGC facilitator? I would like to only have to crack this badboy one time to get the final signatures need so it has to be at an event that happens to have the two signees attending. I tried to do this at Pensacon and physically go there myself but one of the people I needed canceled last minute. Next event would be the Rangerstop Pop con Atlanta, but I can't find any information on if anyone from CGC will be there. Is there a list somewhere? Also do I have to physically be there are are there facilitators I can send it to who can get the signatures without me having to be there? Are some facilitators better than others? What would be the safest way to accomplish this? The comic is pretty hard to find and there are only 3 graded by CGC so I am very nervous messing this up
