i cry, still trying to get a hold of them for my bulk received 7/18 and they just do not answer the phones
I called this morning. Customer service picks up right away. Accounting, for some reason, avoids taking calls.

You should be able to get the negative feedback resolved, offer them a refund and go from there. In my personal opinion the buyer got what was in the listing (albeit missing a "mislabeled" tag), but if they refuse a refund (for whatever reason) and are keen on leaving negative feedback you need to notify CS.
Yes. Once I explained what had occurred, the buyer was very cool about the whole thing. They removed the negative and I refunded partially so it is more aligned nonholo pricing. Ended up as a good experience.

I honestly did not look closely when I sold this Flygon. I went by the label and listed it accordingly. Now buyer is angry and I received my first ever negative.

I know I should have looked more thoroughly, but CGC, c'mon!

Well that's disappointing. Charging that far in advance of completing a service is a bad business practice. They didn't do that on my 3 other subs. I wouldn't pay someone now to mow my lawn for them to come out and do it in a month or two.
I agree. I’m also very disappointed in this move. Charge when about to ship is pretty standard. This reeks of desperation to get as much money by 1/1/22 as possible. Not a very happy customer here.

For some reason CGC charged my card today for a 6/25 bulk (100) sub and then for my 8/9 bulk (204) sub. I’m kinda annoyed that both came at once. By my calculations based on these boards, they should get to 8/9 sub by February. I don’t have zero percent on purchases so this really hurts. I spaced them out for a reason.

My 100 card bulk from 6/4 was shipped today. No subgrades. Majority are from the e-reader series with like 10 modern. Not one 10 (no surprise) but also not one 9.5 Geez....
-
How long do most of you wait in the final stage before shipping? I got there on Tuesday and was hoping for today.

Here is a question for you all: How many of you have the willpower to not look at your grades until they arrive in your hands? I want to be surprised when they come in, but not sure if I will be able to. Any advice?

Finally opened my 5/3 bulk sub. Was waiting for my son to come home from the Army for Thanksgiving break as he helped me put the order together before leaving for Basic Training. Anyways we are pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the packaging - no scuffs or even the dust I’ve read about here. Great job CGC! The slabs are super solid and our cards look sweet!!! The Dark Charizard was in my sons binder since he acquired it at age 7 from a college kid who sold us a box of cards for beer money back in 2007. Thought it would grade lower…

That's really weird cause mine just shipped, and its from 4/30. But I gotta say once it got into grading it was done in pretty much a single day. I'd say maybe in a few days you should see it move.
Which brings me to my final update.
Bulk: 62 cards, no subgrades
Received: 4/30/21
Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging: 9/30/21
Quality Control/Finalized: 11/4/21
Grading/Quality Control: 11/5/21 (Went back to G/QC briefly)
Shipped: 11/5/21Out of curiosity- when were you charged?

7 days a week on billing? How about 7 days a week on receiving, grading, and shipping? Somehow methinks it’s only for billing. Hope I am incorrect.

So my bulk sub from 5/3 was charged to my CC a few minutes ago. Should I be expecting my cards soon? First of 4 orders in the system and I kinda do not wanna be paying for multiple subs with no cards in hand.
-
Mine all moved to scheduled for grading today, as well. I had it planned so they would hit this stage about a month apart, for payment reasons. Does this now mean I’ll be hit soon on my credit card, then wait a few months more?

I thought you were having a George Constanza moment when I read your opening.... Seinfeld fans will understand.

It could happen anywhere along the USPS chain. I think it should be addressed to simply CGC... Not CGC Trading Cards. That is like an invitation to a thief.

I sent in 0ver 450 cards. Not one 10. Got a ton of 8.5 grades though!
