Is there a way to get an explanation on a subgrade that appears incorrect or there is something I just cant see? Cert #3844457024. Not sure how the surface got a 6.5 when I compare card to other two submitted just like it. Not saying I am not missing it but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. Thanks

I will need to get pictures later. But would a card be considered an error if there is some sort of trash that must of been in between the card top and holo foil when printing? This has left a small bubble in the card at that location and you can tell it is under the top layer.

I recently sent in two submissions one express and one standard. (1 card & 10 Cards) I have received the express and was billed for the full amount and the 10 card set has just been scheduled for grading. Will this set apply the $150 credit from membership prior to billing the remainder of the balance to card? Or is there something more I need to do to have this applied?

Are we able to submit an unopened pack that will then be opened by CGC with the intent to have all cards graded? Pack in question is 18 card Southern Islands set still in original packaging.
