Hello, I've spent a few weeks geting a bulk submission entered online. The online form is super buggy for me but last night I changed two cards from the Express grading tier to the bulk tier so that I had 50 cards total. After placing the order last night I just came home from work and started getting the packaging ready and noticed that I was charged for duplicates of cards that I never entered into the submission form. It's not that the quantity of the card entry changed to '2', it just shows a totallly separate entry for the same card now. I'm assuming it bugged out when changing the grading tiers. This is my first submission after paying for the membership that includes about $150 of credits. I don't know how to get this fixed. I can provide the order details if necessary, I didn't want to provide private info on this forum post.
