  1. Hello, I suggest that you keep checking the website for updates. It will be soon.
  2. Dear alohaboyz, The values should be something that you are going to feel comfortable with for insurance for while the cards are with us an shipping back to you. Just a very good guess. Thank you, Lisa
  3. Hi William, Thank you. You would need to submit and pay the Error fee of $5 in addition to the grading fee. If it is indeed Off Center, it would get the OC qualifier. If it is showing an alignment dot, it would get the Minor Miscut text on the back and Error under the grade. If we find that this is not an error, you would not be refunded the fee as it needs to be checked by our Error Grader. The minimum centering grade is equivalent to an 8. We do not believe a card should not be mint because it’s OC. Thank you, Lisa
  4. Hello truenorth, Thank you. It will be on a card by card basis for these. If you do submit them and we do not grade them we will refund the grading fee. Thank you, Lisa
  5. Hello WillsTCG, Thank you. What day was your package signed for? You should see it entered within 24 to 48 hours of the order being delivered to us. Thank you, Lisa

  9. Hello Manuel1723, Thank you. In order to submit directly yourself, you will need to become a paid member of ours with at least the Associate Membership of $25. Once you've become a paid member, you will then have access to the submission form/packing list that you will need to fill out and send with your cards. The grading fees will depend on the values you place on the cards. If you were to value the cards $400 or less per card, you can submit on the Economy Grading tier. The cost will be $15 per card plus return shipping, insurance and handling. The turnaround time is approximately 30 business days. If you wish to add Sub Grades, that would be an additional $5 per card. Our memberships are good for 1 year. 2) value declaration, is there any downside if i under declare? like declaring $10 for a charizard vmax?
