  1. The grade is in: As many of you were almost dead on, this one graded a 6.5 after C&P Thanks!!!!!
  2. Does cut-out affect the story? The true grade of an incomplete book per CGC is 0.5 - 1.0. SO - you'd be going for a green label qualified grade for this one. With the tape pull and the color breaking cover creases CGC qualified 6.0 maximum IMHO It does have beautiful gloss and eye appeal though.
  3. Have you been able to determine which X-Men gave this book some of its ink? Looks like an early X-Men issue. Based on the photos, this is a solid copy, much better than the flea market find I have I'll go 7.0 as is, the pages are fairly dark
  4. Creasing is required to be non-existent or "very" minor all the way down to 6.5, hence my "guesstimate". Book length creases are only allowed at 3.0 and below, so hard to say what CGC would give...
  5. Hi all - thinking of sending this one into CGC. What do you think I should expect? No interior issues.
  6. From what i can see - solid 4.0, maybe a 4.5. Plenty of spine wear and color breaks. Sunken staple.
  7. 6.5 with a VF+ appeal. Too bad about the crease.
  8. I was thinking around 6.0 as I viewed the photos however the cover looks like its possibly having issues and I would need a better look at the staples.
  9. Thoughts? Fairly decent copy however containing several flaws - flaws I have highlighted below. The interior is complete and solid.
  10. Thank you to all - think i'll give this one a C&P.
  11. Ok thanks everyone. The tanning is definitely unfortunate.
  12. Thanks guys. So it's a 9.4 with potential for 9.6 then lol. Should I slab it? Is this book worth it??
