  1. Glad to hear your new platform doesn't hold customers funds hostage for half a year with constantly changing TA times most of us came here to avoid specifically. Look forward to getting my cards back, hopefully soon. Asking for patience without any kind of compensation for the extreme inconvenience to those who aren't receiving the updated benefits and accurate estimates does come off a little disingenuous though, especially considering the expansions you mention are quiet literally being paid for by the abundance of orders that have been paid for and are still on hold. Thanks for the accurate update though. Congrats on the ever growing business.
  2. Site turnaround page claims that orders from March are being worked on yet my orders from early January still have yet to be scheduled for grading, getting to the point where I don't even check the status anymore. Going on 4 months on a 30-60 day submission without any movement. Fully expect the 144 TO to jump to 175 very soon as it did from 111 to 144. Would appreciate accurate information as opposed to being strung along on my orders you've already collected thousands of dollars on months ago. Understand its a hobby wide issue and don't need any CGC white knights to remind me "its an estimate", paying for an estimated turnaround isn't the issue having the turnaround more than quadrupled after you've already paid however is. Why is invalid information being provided on top of the constantly changing expectations of when ill see my cards again? Having so much money just floating without any valid information being provided is rather unnerving.
  3. With turnarounds times tripling, & competitors closing their doors to catch up.... is the plan to do the same or capitalize on the guaranteed increase in business further setting those of us who have paid 3 months ago even further back?
  4. The amount of white knighting to defend tripling estimates along side increased prices is interesting, CGC's appeal was that they weren't like the others. That appeal has now faded and their actions reflect those of their grading peers. You get inconvenienced while they've already collected your funds based on an entirely different premise without any compensation. Offer vouchers to those inconvenienced or prove its not all about the $$$ by suspending express services opposed to pushing the orders that have been there for 3+months further back. Hell my bulk cards have been there so long wouldn't be surprised to get emails about getting up-charged to economy because the values have gone up that much over that time.
  5. Yea at some point the "its just an estimate" has to be further justified, bc if I was going to wait 111 days when i paid for 30-60, might as well have gone to a different grading service. To be out a couple thousand dollars in submission fees with a time table to recoup that investment in mind simply to be told that due to popularity increase there's nothing that can be done about your estimates doubling/tripling... Have to offer something, or temporarily suspend taking express orders that keep pushing everything back. Whole hobby is a money grab right now but only grading company's and scalpers getting to enjoy the profits.
