I have the elite membership. Why is it charging me $13.50 per subgrade for an economy submission? It has always been sub 10 with my membership and that is also what the standard "price page" says.

I sent in a metal card and it was returned saying "brittle ink" What does that mean?

How did my friend get his bulk back today that was received 4/5 and I still have not received my economy which was received 4/6??

I sent BULK March 22nd. Not in the system yet. Where are we on dates right now?

Oh, so you think they are untouchable even when they break laws? 🤣 Give me a break. I don't plan on sueing them but I am saying that everything happening is rather sickening and I'd hate for someone to use this in court. Because the Pandemic excuse or increased production can only be used for so long. When you are completely aware of it yet you have had months to fix it / have not.
You are making up your own laws because you're upset. All of their time frames are "estimated" time frames. A company is thriving and cannot keep up with their inventory. They have hired more people and will hopefully continue to provide jobs for the American people. If this company was a scam, thousands of us would not be in the same boat. Quit moaning because you lack patience. I do not know any educated collectors who are not aware of the madness that goes with grading cards right now, no matter what company it is.

I hope your company gets slapped, honestly, we are very right to be mad at what's going on. I paid for an advertised service, period, and every step past that has been atrocious and I'm expected to hold my nose while throwing thousands at your company. Good luck
Honestly, I wish you would quit crying. It makes these chatboards look bad. If you know anything about grading, the demand is insane right now and expect the unexpected. I am sure CGC is not sitting around eating hotdogs while they stare at your box of cards. You are in the same boat as thousands of people, quit moaning and playing victim like you are the only one. "I hope your company gets slapped"...yet you are still on here everyday posting in these chatboards. Bring something valuable to these chatboards instead of you whining like a toddler.

Can someone link the article where price changes were described?
