    Quick question. What if I submitted a card and I paid for it to be an estimated raw value in the $1000 (standard) range, but it is actually deemed in the $400 (economy) range? Will CGC bump my card down to the lower tier and adjust the grading price since I overvalued it? I understand they will bump you up if needed, but do they do the same for the other way around? Thanks! This will be my first submission of cards.
