I would not be concerned at this point, but if it hits about 10 business days without being entered into the system I would call customer support to see what's up.

Ugh, I had two moderns dropped off / picked up to CGC on the 10th as well.  They're still not even on my submissions page yet.  They were picked up on the 9th and recorded as picked up on the 10th, but nada so far.

Approx 38 Business Day turnaround for 2 books in vintage.

Pretty sure you saw this already, but I was very wrong.  Neil Gaiman's signing is happening today!!  Yay!

I saw Neil Gaiman was doing a signing at another Sarasota area bookstore on Tuesday November 7.  So to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised that his signing wouldn't be until early November.
