Public signings will be very limited so this will be an easy way to get your books signed by Jim. The mail-in or store dropoff submission deadline to Celestial Comics will be Friday, March 24th. You can drop off onsite at WonderCon by visiting the Desert Wind Enterprises booth #2173 BUT onsite drop off will be limited to Friday ONLY until 4:00 pm. The details of the Desert Wind Legends Tour to be announced by February 1st. Look for the addition of Marv Wolfman, Denny O'Neil, Joe Giella and Don Perlin to be added to the Legends Tour. Home of the first and the best Legendary Creators signing together. And you will only find it with Desert Wind and Celestial Comics. We don't settle for just a few creators. He had Desert Wind listed as a vendor which we thought was a courtesy since we had been to several of his prior shows and I called today to take care of table payment only to find out that they are sold out of tables, so we will not be coming after all. We were also told that they didn't want any additional guests. I was going to ask if they wanted Len Wein. Sorry about the mix up.

The Legends Tour usually includes the same core list and we add some different names from signing to signing. The core list includes John Romita, Joe Sinnott, Larry Lieber, Sal Buscema, Len Wein and Gerry Conway.

We are looking to add two new names to the list which will be announced within a month as we are still negotiating with those creators. Look for the Legends Tour and its details to be announced around the middle of February. You will have about 2 months to prepare for it once it is announced. Plenty of time to get yourself some cool books to get signed.

Celestial Comics will be accepting all mail-in and most onsite CGC submissions and acting as an Authorized CGC Signature Series Facilitator for these shows.

Look for Celestial Comics to be signing with Steranko again during the summer or fall Legends Tour signing.

Just a note that DWC will have 5 double signed copies of the CBLDF Variant available for purchase. They are currently at CGC being graded and should be available to ship in about 3-4 weeks. Once they are in we will be taking offers based upon the grades. All copies were hand picked for potential 9.8 grade. We will announce in this thread when they are back from CGC and will be holding a blind auction for a period of 5 days. Please do not PM at this moment as I do not have any other information to offer.

The grades are in and all 5 are 9.8. So beginning today and ending on March 19th at 11:59 pm (PDT) will be the first copy of Nowhere Men #1 CBLDF CGC 9.8 signed by both creators. Bids will ONLY be accepted via e-mail to chandler@desertwindcomics.com. Bidders MUST put "Nowhere Men book 1" in the subject line. Shipping of $20 (US address) or $40.00 (Canadian address) will be added to the winning bid. International address outside of North America will be quoted shipping after biding is over. 10% of the winning bid will be donated to CBLDF. And yes we paid the CBLDF fee for these books as well a the donation fee for getting them signed as well.
