  1. ok.  First I'll start by saying I'm an old time collector who has always looked at off condition cards as not wanted.. i only go for NrMnt..

when I send cards for grading I go for 9 or 10 but realize some might be an 8. I NEVER go for a 5 or 6 in any year.

So.. why do people send in crappy condt. cards ? I don't get it. As a buyer I'll just buy a raw card before a 6 or so.

Is it just because of old $8 price ? I'm seeing lots of csg 5, 6 etc.. why bother ? Strange era were in.. Thx.

Hope my CSG experiment goes better than on SGC, whenever they get my 2 subs into their system.

RECEIVED an SGC10 on a superstar player and auctioned it on eBay. It sold fir 30% of the identical card in PSA 10. No thanks. We shall see how things go whenever I get my cards back. I was stunned!

Look at prices figure what you're happy with & put up as a B.I.N.

    Auctions too risky.

I'd love to see what a moderator would tell us about this, but they probably are carefully crafting their messages to the public about this very unfortunate set of circumstances. So they probably need to just give press releases and give info on their site, and that's going to be very precise language for a very imprecise situation.

Well if it's anything like the other comments about lack of being fully prepared..

    Expect to hear crickets..

I understand the desire to run in and flip your cards as quick as possible, but considering I am not a rip and flip guy, I hope they raise their prices to equal what everyone else is doing. That way it will price you guys out of the market and bring down the wait times. To be honest, I don't have to hope. You guys are going to do it yourselves. Look at what happened to SGC when they said send us your cards. BGS won't even tell you how long it takes, and PSA has my standard order that originally should have been done in 30 days since October.

You don't get to complain about how long it takes when you caused this backlog.

    Bingo !

my sub delivered 3/8 is still not entered,  for the record.

This is not impressing me at all.

All the same issues all the other grading card companies have happening you would have thought this would have been figured out beforehand.

The reps I spoke to in person assured me they were set up to handle it.... whatever !
