  1. The seller probably saw it as a rude gesture, and in turn, issued you a full refund.

I'm trying to see where there was a violation in that.

Because the seller did not follow through on his obligation.

Yep. I agree. I'm sure both parties feel aggrieved, but money's been exchanged, so seller needs to suck it up, ship the book. At that point, I'm sure both parties will be content to wipe their hands of it.

Seller already gave him a refund though.

I've seen it where it can get ugly between the seller and the buyer. However, one can chalk it up to a lesson learn, not buy from said buyer, and move on.

The seller already gave him a 100% refund.

Now if the seller had ill intentions, for example, a higher offer on said book, then yes. But this looks like a miscommunication between both parties. One stating that he would not buy from the other again, and the second stating that he was tired of comments like those above.

By the way, Blue Jays suck

  3. I posed this question on a reply in the General Thread

So when's a team really a team? When individual players are called up, or when they play together?

Like Avengers "We're not a team, we're a ticking time bomb waiting to explode"

Or the Teen Titans....they weren't a team, but were introduced in DC Comics Presents 26.... and an add to show issue one as well (Just Like Annihilation Conquest 6)

  4. Shouldn't a simple..."I am sorry but I didn't close the thread, THREE years ago. The book isn't available", be enough?

    It's common sense.

Does that apply to 3 hour old threads as well?

Now you're being hostile. Of course not.

But there should be an automatic rule that states if the thread has been inactive for 45 days, then the thread is automatically closed.

  5. Good morning

I just woke up and had to read three pages.

I placed the PayPal claim when the seller Refused to communicate.

    Jeff, no one was played.

If the seller feels that I'm scamming him, that's his right.

Like i told him, I wasn't making an issue, but I wanted to give him notice.

If everyone agrees, I'll be more than happy to drop the claim, since I'm no longer on ignore.

I'll just learn not to get involved in mistery boxes.
