i bought several of my early haunted tank issues from a comic shop in wooster,ohio in the mid-90's. always looked forward to the owner calling me when he got war books in stock.well worth the 40 mile drive[

hope no one minds i share these. scanner is back in action

this one cost me 4 times guide in trade in 1994. a 1992 bowman baseball complete set for this book. think i did ok if i recall guide was around 85-90 then. no wonder they were so hard to find!! the bowman set i swapped was going around 300.00 then. now the bowman 92 set can be had for under 100.00.

well i am down to around 72 books to complete the big 5. mostly need numbers 1- 15 of each of the 5 titles. and car and house repairs have slowed the buying!!

Very true Jim and I'm sure my plams will fail and that explains why I keep buying so many issues from all of the Big Five.

Great Kubert stories you guys and it's a pleasure to read them.

I was racking my brain trying to remember the cover of AAMOW 20 and I

couldn't seem to find a scan of it anywhere on line. I was checking through

my box of slabs and I came across this awesome cover.

It would be nice to be a cat. His only worries are when his next meal

is hitting his dish and to ensure no crows use our balcony as a resting spot.

 

 

 

I'm sure no one will care but I thought I would mention it and I counted all

the purchases I've made this year and I've added 102 issues to my DC Big

Five and WWT collection so far this year. great job fazy and enjoy the time away from work!

Completing that GIC run is a monumental achievement. Feel proud of yourself. (thumbs u

ok,a pkg arrived today,with my last gi combat i need for a complete d.c. run. i am not sure who to thank,but thank you to all involved. i will try to pay back this act of kindness by somehow paying it forward to someone else down the line. again,i thank you

down to 23 issues of this title. now it gets expensive

down to 1 gi combat to have 44-288 complete!
